Shipping Info
At Galaxy.Clothing, we’re a small but mighty team working hard to get your order out quickly and smoothly. We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with most U.S. orders arriving in 3–5 business days.
To avoid delays, please double-check that your shipping info is accurate — even a tiny typo can send your order on an unexpected detour. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll ask you to cover the cost of reshipping. Prefer a refund instead? No problem! Just note that original shipping and return-to-sender fees will be deducted.
For our international friends: customs, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s policies. These aren’t within our control, but we appreciate your understanding as your order completes its journey across the stars!
Returns
We hope you’re over the moon with your Galaxy.Clothing order — but if something’s off, we’ve got your back.
You have 14 days from the day your item arrives to request a return or exchange. If your order shows up damaged or goes missing in action, just email us at Astra@galaxy.clothing or use the contact form on our site. We’ll send you a return label so you can send it back for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is still in new, unworn condition.
If your package was sent to the wrong address due to a typo, no stress — but you’ll be responsible for return and reshipping costs. You can also choose a refund (minus shipping fees).
Need a different size? We’re happy to help — exchanges are available while supplies last. Just cover the shipping both ways and we’ll send the new size your way so you can keep repping your cosmic look with confidence.
Since we’re a small team, all other sales are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges outside the reasons above. Thanks so much for understanding — and for supporting small creators like us. =^.^=
