Shipping policy
International shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. Unfortunately we have no control over these and whether or not they are charged. It is up to the recipient to pay any necessary fees in the required time frame. If the duties, fees, etc. aren't paid in time and the product(s) are sent back to us, we can refund the order minus the shipping fees and return to sender fees.
